• Receive rebate form from NewHomesSpace.com
• Print our rebate form and bring it to the Builders Sales Office on your First visit to verify you learned about their homes from NewHomesSpace.com. Failure to bring your rebate form on your First visit usually eliminates our ability to pay you 1% cash back or act as your referring Real Estate Broker.
• Request that the Builder’s Representative sign and date your rebate form at your First sales visit and fax NewHomesSpace.com your signed copy at 818-591-8356 .

  Keep your copy of the signed rebate form for your records.

• Sign the sales contract and fax the documents to NewHomesSpace.com to claim your 1% Cash Rebate at 818-591-8356 .
• Receive your 1% Cash Rebate check from NewHomesSpace.com within 10 to 15 Business Days after closing.
