What are the benefits of using an Agent/Broker? An Agent/Broker is a New Home Specialist who will give you peace of mind by dealing with your builder. He possibly may be able negotiate a better price on your new home as well as those upgrades and add on we all wish we could afford.
How much money will I get? You will receive 1% of the sale price not including upgrades.
How long will it take for me to get my money? Within 10-15 business days from the time escrow closes.
Is the money coming from my Agent/Broker? When possible, this will be an immediate credit when you close on your new home. If not, NewHomesSpace.com will be sending you your check.
Does this affect the warranty on my home with the builder by using an agent/broker? No, it does not affect your New Home Warranty.
Are builders happy to work with agents/brokers when selling new homes? Yes, they like working with professionals in the industry, and they get to sell their homes!
Can the Agent/Broker help negotiate the price of the home? We will always try to help negotiate for the price, and can be knowledgeable about prices in your community
Can the Agent/Broker help negotiate the price of the upgrades and extras I want to add to my new home? Yes.
How is my refund calculated? It is 1% of the selling price before upgrades and add-ons.
If I use an Agent/Broker do I need to pay them anything? No, there is NO COST to you
Does the Agent/Broker work for me or the builder? Your Agent/Broker works for YOU in helping you get the dream home you’ve wanted.
What happens if I don’t let the builder know that I’m using an agent/broker the first time I see the home or have contact with the builder? You are at risk of losing your 1% refund. New Homebuilders need to know the first time you visit them that you are working with an agent/broker. If you do not notify them of this at your first visit, you may not be able to work with one of our Brokers and receive the 1% refund.
