Your 1% Cash Rebate is a portion of the sales commission earned by NewHomesSpace.com as your referring Real Estate Broker when you purchase your New Home as a registered user.
*Base price excludes options, upgrades and lot premiums.

Preferred Builder Program

NewHomesSpace.com offers you a 1% Cash Rebate from builders who have joined our Preferred Builder program. To receive your 1% Cash Rebate simply:

1. Request your Rebate Form from NewHomesSpace.com BEFORE visiting builder sales offices.
2. Present your Rebate Form on your FIRST visit to the builder sales office.
3. Sign a sales contract and fax a copy of the Rebate Form and contract to us at 818-591-8356 .
4. Close on your new home and receive the 1% Cash Rebate within 10-15 business days after closing.

To claim your rebate, fax a copy of the coupon and contract to NewHomesSpace.com at 818-591-8356 .

Standard Builder Program

You can still receive a NewHomesSpace.com 1% Cash Rebate for builder communities that are not members of our Preferred Builders Program. To secure your 1% Cash Rebate with standard builders follow these steps:

1. Find a Standard Builder with homes that interest you.
2. Complete the 1% Cash Rebate Form on the NewHomesSpace.com Web site for your builder of interest.
3. Call us at (877) 376-5585 BEFORE you contact or visit any builders so that we may contact them and let them know that you are using NewHomesSpace.com as your referring Real Estate Broker. This is a necessity in getting your 1% cash rebate. You must confirm with us that we have made contact with the home builder FIRST so that you may be eligible for your rebate.
4. Sign a sales contract and fax a copy of the signed contract to NewHomesSpace.com at 818-591-8356 .
5. Close on your new home and receive the 1% Cash Rebate within 10-15 business days after closing.

Follow these steps and allow a NewHomesSpace.com new home specialist help you find the right builder:

1. Complete the Home Buyer Information Form .
2. Call us at (877) 376-5585 BEFORE you contact or visit any builders so that we may contact them and let them know that you are using NewHomesSpace.com as your referring Real Estate Broker. This is a necessity in getting your 1% cash rebate. You must confirm with us that we have made contact with the home builder FIRST so that you may be eligible for your rebate.
3. Tell the New Home Specialist who answers your call that you need help finding the right builder.

This program is not intended to solicit prospective homebuyers who already have a Buyer Agency Agreement with another real estate agent. If you are already under contract with another real estate agent to purchase a new home, you are ineligible for our program.
